Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume drops or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
Static ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Static is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or delayed delivery.
